Pro Link Systems, Inc. ("Pro Link Systems," "we," "us") is a managed IT services provider based in Woodland Hills, California, serving Los Angeles–area businesses since 1999. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our website, prolinksystems.com (the "Site"), and when you contact us by phone or email.

This policy covers the Site and our marketing communications. Services we deliver to clients under a Managed Services Agreement are governed by that agreement and its terms, not this policy.
Information you provide to us. When you fill out a contact, consultation, or download form on the Site, or reach out by phone or email, we collect the information you choose to give us — typically your name, work email address, phone number, company name, and your message or request.
Information collected automatically. Like nearly all websites, the Site's infrastructure records standard technical data when you visit: your IP address, browser type and device information, the pages you view, and the approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP address. Our Site is served through Cloudflare, whose systems process this data to deliver pages and protect the Site from abuse. We also use a Google advertising tag described in Section 3.
What we do not collect. The Site has no user accounts or logins, does not process payments, and does not ask for sensitive personal information. Please do not submit confidential details through our web forms.
We advertise on Google, and the Site uses the Google Ads tag (gtag.js) to measure whether that advertising works. This tag may set cookies or use similar identifiers so Google can tell us, in aggregate, when a visit or an action on our Site — such as clicking our phone number to call us — followed an ad click. We use this to measure advertising effectiveness; Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
We do not currently run a separate analytics product on the Site, and we do not use advertising tags from any network other than Google.
Your controls:
- Adjust or opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
- Learn how Google uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Block or delete cookies using your browser's privacy settings. The Site remains fully usable without advertising cookies.
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule consultations you request.
- To provide, quote, and administer our services.
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising (Section 3).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We do not use the information collected through the Site for automated decision-making, and we do not sell personal information.
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Service providers. Vendors that host and operate our systems — including Cloudflare (website hosting, content delivery, and security), Google (advertising measurement, as described in Section 3), and Microsoft (our business email and productivity platform, where your messages to us are received and stored).
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. If our business is merged, acquired, or reorganized, information may transfer as part of that transaction.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as they are useful for the business purpose you contacted us about, and as required for legal, accounting, or record-keeping obligations. Technical log data and advertising-measurement data are retained under the schedules of the providers described above (Cloudflare and Google respectively).
- Marketing email. Every marketing or outreach email we send includes a working unsubscribe option; you can also just reply and ask us to stop.
- Cookies and ads. Use the controls described in Section 3.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] with your request; we will verify it and respond. California residents may exercise these rights under California law, and we will never discriminate against you for doing so.
The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security is our profession. The Site is served exclusively over HTTPS, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to the information we hold — including access controls, encrypted transport, and hardened business systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information with the same discipline we bring to our clients' environments.
If our practices change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted prominently here.
