LISI Aerospace

The Challenge

LISI Aerospace approached Pro Link Systems to bring order to a disordered IT environment spanning its Torrance main plant and facilities across Canada, Mexico, and other North American locations. Over two decades, the Law Offices of Alan B. The Challenge

Cooke's Crating

The Challenge

Cooke's Crating came to Pro Link Systems in a worst-case situation: they were effectively locked out of their own business. A dispute with their previous IT provider had escalated to the point where that provider had locked them out of their entire infrastructure — down to their phone management. They had lost control of the systems their business depended on every day and needed to regain control fast, without their operations grinding to a halt.

The Solution

Pro Link Systems moved quickly to get Cooke's out of the hostage situation and onto infrastructure they fully owned and controlled:

• An emergency migration of their entire environment onto new infrastructure designed by Pro Link — executed with zero downtime, so the business never stopped running during the transition
• A full modernization and upgrade of their aging infrastructure, bringing the environment up to current standards

Global Holdings

The Challenge

Global Holdings was one of Southern California's largest diagnostic imaging providers, handling medical imaging of all kinds with a particular focus on MRI and CT. Running 19 owned facilities — and coordinating with hundreds of partner facilities to which its team referred patients — created a demanding technical problem: imaging studies (DICOM) generated on many different modalities, in many locations and across many ownership arrangements, all had to move reliably into one place for processing and clinician access.

On top of the logistics, this was protected health information. As a healthcare organization, Global Holdings needed airtight security and privacy around patient records and imaging data — in an industry that has seen repeated, high-profile breaches — while giving referring doctors and patients convenient, appropriate access to studies.

The Solution

Pro Link Systems served as Global Holdings' technology partner for over a decade, designing and operating the full imaging and IT backbone:

• Network designed from the ground up across all 19 owned facilities to carry imaging workloads reliably
• DICOM ingestion from every modality, every location — uploading imaging studies from all facilities into a central environment
• A cloud environment architected from scratch on AWS, designed and managed by Pro Link, where the imagery was consolidated for processing and access
• Joint-venture / referral image transfer — handling image transfer into the cloud from the hundreds of partner facilities (owned by other medical groups) where Global Holdings referred patients, so studies from those sites reached the same processing and access environment
• A secure patient portal enabling doctors and patients to access imaging studies online in a secure, compliant manner
• A security-and-privacy-first posture around patient records and data throughout — the central focus of the engagement given the healthcare context
