We are open as normal and will be following the same protocol and procedures as we always have. Rest assured, all our staff have been sent home and will remain out of the office until further notice. This will not affect our services to our clients in any way.
ProLink is fully prepared to help all affected employees who need to work from home or other locations due to the outbreak of the Corona Virus. We started setting up our clients in China on February 7th, 2020 and have been working on such issues since.
Please send us a list of those who would need to work from home but are still not fully configured to do so. Please send this list to our team at support@prolinksystems. Our team will then schedule an appointment to call each and everyone to properly configure their remote access to any resources they might need.
Please understand that during these special circumstances, our team is extremely busy and we are doing our best to respond to all of our clients as quickly as we possibly can. We appreciate your patience and cooperation with our team during these tough times.
It is also very important to remember that while we are rapidly setting everyone up for remote access, we are not overlooking security and sacrificing the health of our network.
Every computer that is not a business device will have to be thoroughly scanned and protected by our security software and protection agents before access is provided to any business network.
We only allow access through SSL VPN links so that all connections are fully secured and all traffic is fully encrypted.
We also recommend that all non-business computers that are going to be used to access business-related data and environment are ONLY used as a bridge into a business device within the company’s network using Remote Desktop or other similar software.
This way, no business data is transferred over to the computer used at home.
