At Pro Link Systems, our goal is to create an IT department within each of our client’s organizations to further simplify support to our clients. Our policy is to assign each client to one team of engineers and technicians who would be the only team to serve that client; this not only enhances communication between the team and the client but also enables our teams to respond quicker to problems, while every team-member is familiar with the topology and the detail of the client’s network as well as the client’s organizational structure. Off course other teams are always available as backup should one team not be accessible or an escalation of support is needed for any reasons.
