Our company’s networking was a mess. Emails kept disappearing, files was inaccessible or completely gone. Our servers were accessible some days and some other days we just couldn’t access the network. In general, our system was overloaded and the company was suffering because of that.
We had our own IT department and they where over-run with networking problems and missing files and emails. There were some days that our employs just had to sit around waiting for the network to work so that they could resume working; there was hours and hours of lost productivity. Finally we decided to get some outside help. The management contacts the Prolink Systems and they come to our aid the very same day.
They completely redid our entire network, from the servers to every single one of our fifty five workstations. Ever since that day, we haven’t had any costly problems with our networking system and everything just works perfectly fine. There is also another thing we don’t have and that is a very costly IT department. Knowing that Pro Link Systems people are just a phone call away, there is just no need for us to have our own IT department. That is a very big saving for us. I just wanted to thank the staff of prolink systems for doing such a wonderful job for us, thank you so very much.  Without you, we would still be sitting around and waiting for our emails, files and network to be accessible.

I recently hired Prolink Systems to upgrade my existing servers to Windows 2008 and expand my current Network to include two new offices in San Diego and Pomona. I have nothing but praise for everything they offer and have done for me. Unlike many other support companies that place you on hold for extended periods of time, their staff is always available to answer my calls or assist my staff with troubleshooting I.T issues. Their support has gone above and beyond what I thought possible many times with me. I have noticed that my offices have fewer issues with their Networks now and are very pleased with the level of support that they receive from Prolink Systems. I just signed a yearly contract and am looking forward to a long-term business partnership.?

I highly recommend ProLink Systems. The company I work with has been using ProLink Systems for a number of years (thankfully). I was personally impressed with their customer service after contacting one of their representatives concerning a major problem due to a power outage. I contacted ProLink Systems and the problem was fixed within minutes. An engineer accessed our servers remotely and was able to address the issue in literally five minutes. Great company…great customer service!?
